Currently responsible for providing cohesive, strategic direction to Asset Management, Property Management, and Development functions for Low Tide Properties, to achieve key performance metrics for a diverse portfolio of Creative and High-Tech Office, Life Sciences, Flex-Industrial, Retail, and Multifamily Rental properties in Vancouver and Seattle.Beyond my work at Low Tide Properties, I serve on numerous non-profit boards including for the Urban Land Institute of British Columbia and Catalyst Communities, as well as previous terms on the Mount Pleasant BiA and Downtown BiA.
