Dana Ramnarine (she/her) is an entrepreneur dedicated to building highly innovative companies and has spent nearly 15 years supporting founders to scale creative, purpose-driven teams worldwide. As COO, Dana champions operational excellence for startups and creative studios, blending HR, leadership development, and talent strategy to propel teams to success across the globe. She also serves as Head of Talent at BKR Capital, a Toronto-based venture capital firm investing in diverse founders, where she develops HR programs and supports the firm’s portfolio.
