Elizabeth Scallon
Director of Incubation, HP

I’m an innovation executive and venture builder who thrives on helping transformative ideas reach real-world impact, whether by launching new ventures myself or empowering others to do so. I’ve created and scaled internal startups, run corporate venture programs, and supported hundreds of founders across industries like AI, security, and future of work.
Throughout my career at HP, Amazon, WeWork, UW, I’ve designed innovation systems that turn customer insights into scalable outcomes. My work has:
• Enabled 300+ startups to grow through accelerators, venture funds, and enterprise partnerships
• Launched multiple new ventures inside Fortune 100 companies
• Built high-trust ecosystems that bring together founders, technologists, industry leaders and government officials
I also teach influence and persuasion at the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business, working with MBA and MS in Entrepreneurship students to help the next generation of founders and intrapreneurs unlock their potential.
Whether inside a large org or as part of the startup ecosystem, I’m driven by the same mission: help big ideas take shape, grow and have impact.
