He is also the founder of the National Advertising Benevolent Society (NABS) in Canada and has served as Chairman of the BC Special Olympics, championing those in need and fostering community spirit.

In collaboration with his partner Bob Stamnes, Frank has launched PS&CO, a unique integrated agency that combines the global resources of DDB Worldwide with local entrepreneurial spirit. Artistic Passion

A graduate of the Vancouver School of Art (now Emily Carr University of Art and Design), Frank's creative vision is enriched by his love for art. As a sought-after painter and sketch artist, he infuses creativity into every aspect of his life and work. In 2019, the Vancouver Film School established the Frank Palmer VFS Scholarship—a $250,000 full-tuition award and mentorship program for aspiring creative design students, embodying Frank’s commitment to nurturing future talent.
