Maddelena Ponter

Maddelena Ponter is a venture capitalist and product strategist specializing in the commercialization of emerging technologies in deep tech and heavy industry. She holds a Master of Advanced Management from Yale’s School of Management, with a concentration in AI and LLM technologies, and an MBA in Finance from the UBC Sauder School of Business.

Her professional experience spans private equity, venture capital, industrial AI deployment, and IP and transaction strategy. At Kite Company Creator, she sourced, developed, and financed AI-powered industrial ventures, including Aluminate, a cleantech platform backed by one of the world’s largest mining firms. She has negotiated multimillion-dollar partnerships, secured public innovation funding, and worked with engineering teams to build ruggedized sensor and ML data infrastructure for industrial digital transformation.

Maddelena is currently building AI-enabled tools that help de-risk early-stage technology commercialization and is passionate about bridging the gap between frontier research, industrial adoption, and capital markets.
